BitLocity is a Customer Acquistion platform with a $25 yearly membership that provides the education and technology needed to capitalize the new crypto world by participating in a crowdfunding initiative. Yah, we thought that was a mouthful also.

What we see is another crowdfunding program that is switching to use btc as their payment methodology. They have 14 different ranks for you to "contribute" to be part of. They have the standard forced up-sell built into the main compensation plan. Meaning if you have not contributed to a rank, then you miss any contributions from your downline who decides to contribute before you.



Their compensation plan is broken into 3 primary sections. The first 2 ranks ($25/$50) are done via a Global Infinity line where eventually you could receive a direct payment from someone else who joins after you. Then when your turn comes up again the second $25/$50 payment is paid someone else to put you back into the infinity line. The other 12 ranks ($75 - $100k) use a split commission process with a unilevel and 1x3 Speed matrix. The company takes $10 of each contribution ($75+) and uses it for development costs and promotions. The rest of the donation is split between the unilevel and matrix. So, if you are contributing at the $100 Platinum rank, $10 goes to company, $45 goes to the uni-level and $45 goes to the matrix. For the few mega-list leaders, there is a leadership pool (supported out of the $10 fee for each $75+ contribution) that is shared by the top 10 leaders each month.

They are still in pre-launch mode as this review is being completed so we do not know for sure how they are going to implement their Global Infinity line compensation plan for the first 2 ranks but based on their webinar it is likely to become a major disappointment those who only plan to participate at the small ranks. As the Global Infinity line grows (they say they have over 97000 individuals pre-registered already), it could take tremendous growth before new contributors ever receive a payment because of all the re-entries done by these original 97k. If you have a prospect list of individuals that are able to go for the upper packages, the unilevel and matrix distribution options should provide fair compensation for your efforts.

All ranks must be purchased in order, meaning everyone is going to have to contribute to the $25 before going higher. Because of our concern on that portion of the compensation plan, we are holding off on recommending this program.
